If you're spouse drug you by the hair and cover your mouth is that abuse.

Should I leave I want to. But feel it's wrong biblically.

Biblically? Who cares. He is violently assaulting you a drink this type of behavior typically escalates. I would hope your God has a bigger problem with your husband's violence than you seeking safety.

Can you explain in depth?  Give us more details what exactly happened?

No one should be putting his hands on you PERIOD.  What you are describing is assult and if it is ongoing it is physical abuse/assult.
