Porn?!?!?!

I've been a lot of women saying their husbands or boyfriends watches porn and it makes them upset ?! Now I know everybody is entitled to their own opinions and how they feel but why get so mad about it ? Me and my significant other can watch it together and it be a turn on for the both of us lol I know tmi but even if he was watching by himself It still wouldn't make me upset. I dunno I guess it's just me!!!! Confidence is key!

Has nothing to do with confidence.

Maybe these women are upset because these men are spending more time with fake, scripted porn then getting intimate with someone actual "in the flesh", i.e. them?

I am not a porn fan and really don't see any need for it, however, if it is used it should NEVER replace or be put above REAL human intimacy.

Definitely agree with Specialmom.  In addition, there is often porn addiction which is devastating to a relationship in that porn is used to the exclusion of the partner.

Men often hide their porn use; spend too much time watching porn; or lie about the frequency while becoming less and less available physically and emotionally to their partner. That's when it becomes problematic and upsetting.

I know I have a hard time w porn because it is so degrading to women.  Not to mention completely fake as most of the stars of the show are just 'acting' for their next drug fix.  Not too sexy in my book.  I have alt of respect for sex within a relationship of which porn isn't much of a depiction of.  My husband thinks it's so phony and contrived and basically sad that he doesn't get into it.  If a couple enjoys it-- that is fine.  To each their own.  But if someone is insulted by it or has a problem w it--  that should be considered.  Just my thoughts on the subject.

I agree.
And even if porn isn't for you, it doesn't need to be a big deal :)

Me and my husband also watch it together. I used to be a little iffy about it whne we first started exploring our sex life but it can be pretty exciting. We have explored so much in our relationship with sex that I feel so comfortable to able to do just about anything with him.

How I see it is at least he's just watching porn and not going to a strip club or playing with other women.
