i am in a marriage and has caused a lot of problems and now i cant leave.  i left many times and came back only to be lonly and disappointed again i found my husband after married for a year masterbating and watrching porn i dont think he ever loved me or needed me. but now since 8 years ago he had 2 heart atacks and has been a diabetic for about 20 years i cant and did not want to leave but he is driving me crazy he still stays up late doing his own thing and i am very very lonly i have been in this marriage for 37 years please give me some advise

Are you staying with him because of his heart problems and diabetes?  Are you stuck because it is comfortable?  These are all things you need to ask yourself.  After 37 years, you deserve to be happy at some point in your life right?

Are you staying out of guilt? Is it even a marriage anymore in traditional terms?
Maybe you are scared of the unknown and even though life with him isn't great its something.. But in your post you made it seem you need a change for your own happiness, maybe a trial separation?
