Breathing

I have chronic sinusitis and always get sinus infections. I have been sick since Thanksgiving of last year. Sometimes worse than others. The past few days seem to have been the worst so I spent my day in the ER. Yesterday I was getting dizzy going up and down my stairs so I wanted to get looked at. I have yet another sinus infection, the doctor checked my lungs a few times and I had a chest X-ray done. He said there was no phnemonia just alot of mucas buildup? I have never had that before and wanted to know what causes it and what to do about it. I feel like there is a huge weight on my chest. Oh and my oxygen level was normal. I also was wondering why the color in my fingernails is changing? They have gone to normal to a red/purple/blue half moon shape on the bottom. Hope someone can offer some suggestions. Thank you.

I think the fingernail changing means your not getting enough oxygen...probably because of the congestion.
I would bring it up with my dr. I don't think its an emergency.
I think doing cardio excersises helps with that
