Question about Genital Warts and other STD's

A little back ground.  I am married and have been for a long time.  Call it complete stupidity but I was completely frustrated with my home sex life and I found 3 couples during the last year that were swingers (all saying they were disease free) that I had PROTECTED sex with. (no male on male).  3 weeks ago, the couple I was with, the condom broke.  I pulled out when I noticed it (Probably not more than a minute or two...Maybe even less).  I am trying to determine whether or not to go and get tested (They insist they are disease free and I am fine).  I've been kind of stressing out in my mind since the event.  I don't show any physical symptoms except during a very  close inspection, I found one place toward the top of my penis that looks like a very small flap of skin (right in the line of skin at the bottom of the suculum from my circumcision).  If I had not really been looking for it, I probably would not have seen it (nothing else on my penis or scrotum).  I also found what appears to be a skin tag right in the top of the crease of my left leg  and another one on my right inner thigh about 2 inches from the crease(about 1 mm in length hanging and about as big around as a couple of hairs).  If I had not had these sexual experiences, I would absolutely say they look like skin tags.

Do you feel based on your experience I should go and get tested and / or have these items looked at.  Since these events, I have had unprotected sex with my wife but not since I noticed they skin tags.

I would appreciate your medical advice / opinion.  By the way, I tried to take a picture of them and they were so small they could not really be seen.

I am a community leader in this forum. I don't have any formal education in the subject but I do have self taught education. I learned everything I know from this site and others. From Dr.Hook and Dr.HHH in the expert forum. From Grace who is Co Community Leader with me and auntirjessi who is also a community leader of this forum.

Even if you had a picture we would not look.

I see minimial risk for a STD, and your symptoms don't point me in the direction of a STD. However I would test just to be sure. But overall I would not be worried.
