Please someone help me out !!!!
Just turned 29 my birthday was feb 14 and was in la visiting family well got back to home and friend took to out and we went to a bar. Well that night I had one to many drinks and ended up having sex with this woman. She is 48 years old. I also noticed purple spots all over her bottom but didn't think much of it. Well we had sex from behind protected and I noticed the condom rolled down at the top and I rolled it back up. Then I got on top of her and had normal sex with same condom. The sex lasted about 20 mins and she was sweaty I got off her took off condom and then went into the shower and washed off with just water and got dressed and left.
Ok so next morning took a hot shower and shaved all my hair off down there felt dirty. So lets move forward about 1 week I noticed like 2 small red dots at the tip of my penis and was like what the heck and then I started like peeing every 5 mins even if it was a little I felt like I had to go a lot then I went to the ER and they tested me for Gonorrhea and Clamydia and UTI all was neg. They still treated me with Rocephin shot and send me home with a Z-pack. also while I was there they gave me a pills for herpes on the mouth. So went home 1 week later still didnt feel good. then I took ciprofloxacin that I got from another ER and they gave me another Rocephin shot or something like it. Went home again still was not getting any better so then I was looking for what I had at my house and started taking doxycycline hyclate a week later still no improvement. At this point I thought ok I have herpies Well I went to the doctor and got tested for Hep B hep C Hiv and herpies 1 and 2 All neg except Herpes 1.
So at this point then all this stuff started happening to me:
Tired all day
No Drive to eat
Feel like there is urine inside me down there
In the beginning having to pee every 5 min only very little but felt like I had to go a lot
Was having lower back pain lasted for a month
Body hurts / weak feeling / no energy
Burning feeling under arm pits
Head hurts
Dry mouth / white coating on tongue
White stuff on inside of cheeks that I bite off
Sleep to 11:30 every day
Lower pelvic pain – starting to go away / not as bad
Was having night sweats about month ago happened about 4 times
When sleeping at night about 2 months ago would have radiating body pains up and down body
3 and a half months ago developed 3 red spots on tip of penis and Feet at night would feel hot also got 2 bumps on side of hip
2 month later got rash on leg and then rash on other leg
1 month later got rash on hand and then 1 bumps on each elbow
Genitals felt sluggish / Sticky even after shower and drying off
Testing I have had is:
Hep B and C
Hiv test at 2 months 3 weeks with PCR RNA test Neg
Rapid test 1 day after Neg
Hiv test 3 months ELISA Neg
Rapid test 1 day after Neg
Hiv test 3 months 2 weeks ELISA Neg
Hiv test 4 months 2 Weeks Rapid Neg
that is where I'm at right now and my doctor told me to wait 2 more months and retest again.
I just don't know what to do!!!! I cant handle feeling like this anymore doctors think I'm crazy but I have gone though so much,
as it stands right now I have no body pains anymore my tounge is still white not as bad and I have been having to pee all the time and when I do it burns after. Every morning and when I go to sleep it feels like a burning in my bladder. I just want to feel better. :( I have even been to Urologist and had all the tests. They looked down into my bladder and everything looked good.
Questions
1. What should I do next
2. In Merced CA USA - is a neg test at 4 months 2 weeks neg
3. Could me taking acyclovir - mess up a window period for hiv

ok just went to the doctor and they said I had Epididymitis and gave me doxycycline hyclate and that it would take care of it but the thing is I dont have gonorrhea or chlamydia ??? The doctor told me is can be caused by alot of diffident bacteria. My Question is can HIV Cause this ? Also they notice my groin and neck linp nodes are alittle swollen I guess any input please .....
What I don't understand is why I still don't feel good ? Still have symptoms no sex drive... I also have to go pee but just very little burns after I pee!! My tongue is white every morning I have a constant dull pain and burning inside me down there all day and I'm tired most of the time was never like this before and it all started after contact with that girl please someone help me out...

What you are suffering through sounds very similar to what I am suffering as well. It is crazy. No doctors believe you and not many have the sufficient knowledge to provide you with guidance. BELOW is a post that i HAD put on this website as well. I think you may be suffering from either CMV(Cytomegalovirus) or EBV (Epstein Barr syndrome). Maybe you need to get tested for either or both of them. Your symptoms definately sound like a herpes infection. Good luck
I had a sexual incident with a commercial women 2 years ago. Almost a week later the symptoms began.
Ever since then I have experienced the following symptoms:
1. Excessive hairfall
2. Loss of wieght
3. Alternative diarrhea and constipation
4. Contracting coughs and colds more easily, in fact often
5. A constant pricking pain in your liver area and kidney area
6. Joint pains
7. and excessive urination. I cannot sleep at night as I have to get up to urinate.
8. high blood pressure
9. Uric Acid (kidney test), and Bilirubin (liver) high?
10. Weakening of muscles where you feel even if you use the gym your muscles.
11. Pain on your right side of the body extending from hip area and above right down to knee and leg.
13. Enlarged viens in legs
14. rashes on the body
At first doctors said I am fine even though I experienced so many symptoms but had negative HIV, syphillus, gonorrea tests. I then got tested for cytomegalovirus igm (negative value 0.134) and positive for cmv igg . I read up on it and it seems that not much research has been done ont his disease. MOst people say that nothing permanent happens from it. whereas others say that it is a causal agent in a person developing chronic fatigue syndrome. Why the confusion?
I have had 4 cmv igg tests done over 7 months. the first 3 showed alternative values of 64, 78 and 70. The last cmv igg test I had done a week ago showed a jump to 139. This has worried me greatly as to me it shows that the virus is actively replicating and causing harm inside me.
The doctors here say oh no your anti bodies increasing is a good sign. I have read however it is not it is a bad sign because of the fact that it shows the cmv is gaining more strength inside the body. What is the real truth so to speak?
In addition do you think I have HIV and that is causing the cmv to actively affect me (symptoms) on a daily basis. My last negative test was 2 years after the incident. WHat else could explain what I am feeling.
In the last 2 months I have been positively tested for many allergies I am suddenly developing. I had an allergy in my eyes, ears and in my belly button. I am having anti allergies and anti biotics at the moment for the belly button infection. I previously was allergy free all my life. Do you think I could be developing allergies to HIV which is hiding inside my body attacking me? My allergy test result was 239 where normal is under a hundred.
In my CBC blood reports the values that are out of whack are my lympocytes previous 34 now dropped to 18, low range but still normal wbc counts 5.8 and low red blood cell counts 4.3. And mcv is on the high side. Also my latest cbc report shows that my red blood cells are swollen something which the reports did not show before ( 2 years of testing.
Can someone please help me and let me know what is going on. Are there any other tests I should take/ SHould I have antivirals such as valcyte? Can allergies actually be caused by vitamin supplements?
In conclusion I have tested negative for almost every std test under the sun except positive for cmv . I also had a cmv pcr test which showed no cmv culture found. But I have read it is adept at hiding in your immune system weakening it from the inside. Do you think I could be one of the unique cases where HIV could not show up in the blood tests but actively be present in my body damaging it?

Why is it that I hear on here different testing periods!! some a few weeks to a month or more, and 3 months and my doctor says 6 months and even sometimes a year? What tests do California use ?
This was a protected affair. You had no risk. If it was herpes, the pills they prescribed to you would have been effective right away. A test definitely after 3 months is conclusive. You need no testing especially from a protected affair. You were tested for all and turned out to be negative. These multiple tests further proves you do not have anything at all.
