I don't recommend hydrocortisone on the genital area either unless specifically told to use it by a medical provider. Usually you need to treat the cause of the irritation, not treat the irritation.

fungal infections are very common . odds are you have jock itch issues and since you aren't properly treating them, they keep coming back. definitely stop masturbating with anything other than a good sex lube ( ky or astroglide are fine and both are found everywhere ) and it wouldn't hurt to treat with an otc jock itch cream twice a day for a week either.

since you aren't sure if this prior partner was a virgin or not and it was unprotected sex, at least cover your bases with chlamydia testing if nothing else. you can get this done at your local health department even if you don't want to involve mom and dad and their insurance.

Thanks I think that's the problem because when I stop masterbating it goes normal and I forgot to put I'm circumsized.   Thanks

Hi

You don't have an HIV concern or STD concern --you were never at a big risk.   Two vigins cannot make HIV or other STDs out of thin air.

Please don't masterbrate with soap ---that'll irriate your urethra.
