lower back pain plus blisters on scrotum

hi! im so confused right now. i dont know what im undergoing right now. i hope someone can help me...

i had sex a month ago, actively and passively... im a shemale to i tried getting in on him and receiving it too. after a week or even less, i encountered pain on the left ad right side of my abdomen... i thought it was kidney stones.. ive seen my urologist and after series of tests, he endorsed to a gastro... she gave me some meds, but didnt resolve the issue. ive been busy with work so i didnt have time to go back to my doctor...

now, i feel like my lower back is still aching.. and i noticed that there are little blister like on my scrotum... though they are small. everytime, i jack off, i noticed that i have pains on my abdomen too.. what is this? please help. thanks.

If you have blisters on your scrotum, you need to go and be seen and get a proper work up done.  If you had unprotected sex a month ago, talk to your provider about following up with the proper std testing too.
