Worst decision of my life??

Hello I am a male and on Saturday night I was out with friends when a female escort approached me. Long story short,  I ended up at her place where we had sex with a condom. It only lasted 3-5min because I was so disgusted with myself I couldn't bear to go any longer-I did not climax. I have never done anything like that in the past and now I am so freaked out that I contracted something that I have not slept since! I feel a constant level of adrenaline pumping through my body. Can someone please let me know what my chances are of catching something and what I should do now to check?

I copied this from a prior Doctor answer in the expert forum.
It related to protected oral and vaginal sex.   Hope this helps.

.Welcomve bck to th forum.  Thanks for your question.

It seems that from your prior reading of discussions on this forum, you can predict my response.  Condoms work well to prevent STDs by vaginal sex, and oral sex carrlies only low risks for STDs, even unprotected -- and is certainly risk free with a condom.  Further, escorts (expensive sex workers by appointment) often are at low risk of having STDs, especially if they consistently use condoms with their clients, which seems to be the case here.

So I see no risk here.  I do not recommend STD testing, and believe you can safely continue unprotected sex with your wife.  That's that I would do if I ever found myself in your situation.  But if you find that my words don't settle the issue for you, and you would sleep better knowing you have been tested, you can have a urine test for gonorrhea and chlamydia any time more than 3-4 days after the event, and blood tests for HIV and syphilis after 6 weeks.  But as I said, on a risk basis I see no need and wouldn't do it myself.

Best regards--  HHH, MD .

Post herpes concerns in the herpes forum. If she did not have any vaginal warts at the time, HPV is not any real issue.

What about skin to skin contact at the base of my penis?  I know I can contract HSV,  HPV, syphilis, etc. Are those diseases easily spread and if so, when and how should I get tested?

Sorry, I am far from clear due to being so tired. I was trying to say: Can someone please give me an idea of what my chances are that I contracted something and what the process is to get checked?
