Syphilis through kiss

I will keep this brief. But I am full of anxiety. I tested positive for syphilis and was treated. I had a chancre on the inside of my lower lip. Could I have transmitted it to someone through a closed mouth good night kiss. No tongue just a typical peck on the lips good night. I am so scared.

If you are that worried, ask your doctor.  If the doc says there is a chance, tell the person.
