Protected oral

I have a question about an encounter I had yesterday.  I met with a transsexual escort, we performed protected oral on each other. But her condemn wouldn't stay rolled down and kept coming up. Every time I performed oral on her I would roll it back down so that her penis was covered. Am I correct in thinking to have any chance of an std it has to be direct contact? As in the rolling and unrolling of condom could have infectious stuff on the outside.

Also we did minimal frottage with both covered penis but I'm sure our testicles touched. Am I correct in thinking there is minimal risk for the skin to skin contact stds?
Thanks in advance

Thank you Vance, is there much risk associated with licking/sucking each others testicles?

I know this question may seem stupid but just wanted reassurance.
