not sure how I got it ....

I found out that I have two raisen on my side on the base of my chest about 7-8 inches from nipple.

I did have discreet encounter with 2 men in last 2 to 7 weeks. As far as I know both were clean and very conerns about being negative; Both were very clean, professinal and stable guys. during the encounter there was no intercourse but had some oral sex and mostly body contact.

The guy with later encounter is in medical industry so, I am pretty sure I did not get it from him. But timing is more accurate with him. First encounter was more them 7 weeks.

1) Does molluscum can only be by sexual contact?? Or its a co-incident??? How can you treat at home? Home remedies?

2) Can I spread it to others in my household by sharing bathroom, eating, landuary,

3) I also help elderly monitor Blood pRessure and sugar. Does this put them at risk? I use all precations like wearing gloves and washing before and after.

I'm not sure what you are referring to by "raisen", but if you mean the bumps, its hard to know.  We know you are infectious with bumps, and its assumed that you are infectious while you have the virus, but the hard part is that we don't really have any way of determining when its gone.

Dr. (Primary Dr) Diagnosed it ....

Sorry did not mean it that way. I meant most educated profesinnal people take care of they body and would know if they have STD and any sane person would not pass it on to others.

Thanks for info....

One more question. I bursted molluscum on my chest and looks like its started fade (now 5 days) do you think I am still contagious?

How do you know its molluscum?

I also have to add the even the most professional, stable, and intelligent people can have stds.  Having an std doesn't make you not those things.  I have herpes.  I am professional, stable and intelligent.

If the molluscum (if that's what it is) is on your chest, then your patients aren't at risk.  You can read more about molluscum at www.ashastd.org.
