Bump on my thighs

Hey doc,
I have a question because about a week ago from today (last Wed) I noticed two small little bumps very close together on my right thigh which then combined into one big bump. By Saturday that bump was no longer inflamed and went down considerably although I can still see it.
However, on Saturday the same looking two bump thing which then formed one bump moved to my left thigh too and has now started to go away (Wed). But i am very worried about them.
Ive done a lot of research and I dont think its Molloscum because the bumps are round and have no indentation in them, which made me think that they might be herpes.
My last sexual encounter was in January with my, at the time, steady ex-girlfriend. We were both complete (no vaginal or oral intercourse) virgins at the time. Furthermore, after we broke up she thought she had an STI and got tested for everything and everything came back negative.
I had gone a couple of days without showering because I was waiting in line for tickets, so im not sure if that could be the reason why. Im feeling really paranoid right now and dont know what to do.
The bumps on both my thighs were very soft, didnt itch or tingle or anything at all, and when it finally did pop there was a little blood and a little white puss looking stuff that came out. Any help would be much appreciated thanks.
