Folliculitis? Or something worse

About a week ago I had sex with some random woman. We did use protection and it didn't break (I checked). A little less then 24 hours later I noticed red bumps all on my pubic hair. Some have white heads... They don't hurt or even itch that bad. I have no other symptoms.. But a week later it seems to spreading a little to the other side... Is that even possible die Folliculitis? Or could it just be some of the hair follicles weren't as irritated and didn't show up for like 4 days... I went to the doctor and they put me on doclxacilin and I've been using bacatracian. But don't really see results... Could a std show up that quickly and with no other symptoms?

Please help

Hi what your describing is most certainly a topical skin infection non std. as no std shows up 2 days later. I highly  suspect the bacterian may be causing it to spread as its oil based oitment. When i get inflamed skin issues i use cortizone aloe "Cream" as is not oil based and dries fast and will reduce inflamation. Its an over the counter cream and you can confirm this with your Pharmisist before applying.
