HPV? HSV? what is this? Please read Doc! / fellows

Hello, I would be incredibly grateful if you could read this description and tell me in your own opinion what could be going on here, unfortunately I have to ask here because I can't afford another doctor visit this month... I apologize for its length as I've tried to be as specific as possible. (also, there are links to images included, none of them are too graphic). Thank you....

About 5 days ago I noticed what looked like a large zit or a mosquito bite with a whitehead on top in the center--on the lower shaft of my penis, I tried to pop it, it hurt a tiny bit, and white puss came out as if it were a zit, but it bled a bit more then I expected. As of now (day 5) its healed up pretty much and just kind of looks like a very slightly raised--kind of (?shinier) bump of skin with a tiny dot in the center, I don't believe it scabbed though it bled a bit. (I've never seen a zit or a whitehead do this, but I've never had one in this area before) I believe there is one more of the same thing close to the same area but way smaller and too small to photograph.

This has never happened to me before and I'm almost positive it wasn't there at 12 the previous night, so it seems to have developed entirely over night while i was sleeping. I Went to my general doctor yesterday and had it checked out but the doctor was in a hurry and I didn't have time to explain the situation, or what it looked like prior to being almost healed, so I don't understand how she could have diagnosed me with anything reliably. I am going in to the lab for an HSV test next week but unfortunately I can't afford another visit for a second opinion this month so I'm asking here.

over the past 5 days I've spent a good deal of time researching and looking at images, and it looks nothing like any pictures of HSV or HPV I can find, and if the results come back negative I'm aware I could still HAVE HSV. I forgot to add that though I'm sick with a cold now (along with everyone else in my house) I don't have any other symptoms. I don't want to bring this up with my fiance until I get the results back, and even then it could be a false negative result since its pretty much healed. If you could please tell me what these symptoms and this description points to In your opinion I would be very grateful, though I know its impossible to accurately diagnose something like this without the proper tests and a visual exam of the issue. Also probably related, about a few months ago i noticed what looked like a few very small whiteheads around my pubic hair that I just assumed to be zits or folliculitis, i tried to pop them, it hurt very little, bled, and the whitehead came off as if it wasn't puss but more solid/squishy (and very very tiny) this time. Ive looked at as many pictures I can find of different STI's and it doesn't resemble anything I've seen yet.  Though I did find a picture here that looks a bit like the very faint red spots these tiny zit like things seem to leave behind for a while:

these seem to all be gone short of those faint red spots now, and don't appear to be coming back.
