Help, Hypochondriac... Extreme Anxiety/Depression

Hey guys, so I would consider myself to be an extreme hypochondriac, and I was hoping I could get some advice.
So about 9 days ago, I had an encounter with a random guy. We gave each other blowjobs, there was no finishing, unprotected.

Now, I have had no bumps, or any red marking on my penis, or pelvic area, same goes for my mouth.

I did develop somewhat of a sore throat 3 days afterward, but I think that might have to do with the extreme pollen levels here, as I have seasonal allergies. As well as a side effect of my anxiety.

Just today, I noticed a bump on the back area of my neck, I think it is where a lymph node is supposed to be. So now I am stressing and freaking out about what could have caused this.

If anyone can offer some advice as to what I should do, I would appreciate it.

I know I can't get accurate tests for a while, but I would appreciate anything at this point. I have been on the verge of tears several times because of the stress and anxiety I am putting myself through, I should probably be seeing someone, but I have not been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder.

Thanks guys

Oral sex is low risk and the lack of symtoms in/on your genitals is a very good indicator you got nothing. Oral STD's like gonorrhea shows no sypmtoms +90% of the times. Testing is not recommended in cases like yours. I would tell you to calm down, most probably you have nothing. If you need more reassurance, get tested as soon as you can for gonorrhea, 6 weeks after exposure for syphilis and 3 months for herpes. In the unlikely escenario you have anything you will be treated and cured so try to relax.

Thank you for the reply, you have no idea how much a little bit of reassurance helps me. I will most definitely get tested when the time comes, for the piece of mind.

I appreciate the advice.
