Herpes or Jock itch

by Wear/a/Jimmy, Nov 14, 2007 08:25PM
Details

very humid climate, AC rarely used
travelling using shoddy hotels
protected sex, condom placed all the way down the shaft as far as possible
shower after sex
Female, no apparent lessions, Healthy
Negative for HIV & Syphalis
I shaved around the scrotum

2 days latter, discomfort, mostly itch, no tingle sensation, where the scrotum and inner thigh meets. 4 days latter discomfort in same area, itch still present on occassion in same area, (where the scrotum and inner thigh meet)

scrotum is red but does not itch or have any discomfort.
No swelling
No fever
No blisters
No tingling
No fatigue
No swollen glands

Just really an acute awareness of all things related to the southern region. I have had Jock Itch before in the past (years ago) under the same climate conditions.(and this feels about the same)

So now the question is:
Herpes?
Hair growing back in?
Jock itch?
