Is this an or various STDs?

by ashtree2009, Oct 09, 2009 08:46PM
I have three symptoms which I will explain in one paragraph each:

>>Ever since May of this year, I've been getting bumps on my lower arms, like mosquito bites but tiny.  They are filled with a oily, clear liquid.  I would get like two or three in the same vicinity but only got them like once or twice every three weeks or so.  If I popped them they would take a week or so to heal.  Now I get temporary rashes and slight burning sensation on the palm of my hands at times, especially when I'm stressed or nervous.  They appear one moment and in like less than an hour they completely disappear.  Some of the pores in my arms get raised, like goosebumps, but no itch there; I've always had that issue, the raised pores filled with white stuff on my upper arms ever since I was a teenager but it was only on my upper arms.  I got better in the last two weeks but they discomfort is back.  I also get some of the bumps on my butt and back.  Now a couple of tiny white heads on my upper lip.

>>I also have had this this small white patch on the top of my tongue and another tiny one on the side of my tongue since April.  It hasn't spread at all since then, visibly anyways.  Although, at times, I feel this very mild burning discomfort under my tongue and at the top part of my throat (like from 1 to 10, I'd say the discomfort is a 2 or 3).  My tongue also appears yellow at the back at times.

>>I also have this discomfort around the prostate/anal area, especially after I do exercise.  It feels like when a muscle gets stiff, but from a scale from 1 to 10, it's a 2.  It comes and goes.

This all happened after I had a full blown sexual encounter with another man in March.  I had had mild sexual encounters with two other guys (just mutal oral and some mild petting) but this all started after the third one.  I had anal sex with a condom.  Amongst other things I had oral and anal play.  A week later I noticed a rash on the tip of my penis which turned out to be a yeast infection, as a doctor in a clinic told me (I told her everything).  It recurred for a month or two but now it's been gone for two months.  I figured the anal discomfort was because of the rough anal sex.  I did find blood the first day after when I wiped.  I never bled again and have had normal and painless bowel movements; I just have that discomfort once in a while.

I went to Planned Parenthood two weeks ago and told the doctor everything (except the white heads on the lips since I just found them today).  She said she only felt necessary to do an HIV, chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis test and everything came back clean. I know the doctor didn't find it necessary to test for other things, but I'm still concerned.  She did give me diflucan for the mouth but it didn't do a thing.  Also, before all the symptoms I did have a recurring fungal infection on both my feet (the diflucan did work on my toes/feet because the symptoms are gone now).  Could the mouth and skin thing be fungal?  Could it be stress?  I've been stressing out so bad with work and the symptoms, to the point of having to stop what I'm doing to relax, breath, and even do some yoga poses to bring down my hear rate.  I'm closeted, living with my strictly Catholic parents, and having an STD would mean not only shame but coming out of the closet and opening a giant can of worms.  As for the anal discomfort, could it be an injury from the anal sex?  I haven't had sex since that last encounter in March 2009 and the discomforts started since then (so did the stress).

Thank you for your help.

None of the symptoms that you describe are STD symptoms, and you tested negative for  STDs.

Since this is an STD-specific forum, it cannot be of help to you.
