STD - Anal-receptive

Hello Friends

I don't saw any question like mine, so I post it. I'm a 20 years old boy very afraid.

I had a encounter with a guy about 4 weeks ago. I had unprotected anal receptive sex during 2-3min, but he did not ejaculate.
I felt some pain in my anus, and his penis is lubrificated with saliva.

Which STD can I get with this encounter?

Oh and just to add - if you are going to have anal sex, its so important that it is always protected, and that you use more lube than just saliva.  Even a lubricated condom doesn't have enough lube.

Your anal tissues are very thin, and easily torn.  Not only can you get anal fissures from this (tears in the rectum), any broken skin makes it much easier to get infected with bacteria and viruses.

I don't mean to scare you, I just want to make sure you are informed of what can happen if you don't have protected anal sex.

You can get any of them - chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, herpes, HIV, hepatitis a or b, HPV, etc.

I would make an appt and get tested.  Make sure you let them know that you had unprotected receptive anal sex, because its quite possible that you would have something anally that wouldn't show up in a regular urine test.  They need to take anal (and oral if you gave him oral) swabs.

If he performed oral on you, as well, you'd also need urine testing done.

Does that make sense?
