Uncertain about symptoms

A little over two months ago I had sex with what I deem to be a high risk female in Las Vegas.  We used a latex condom and she performed oral sex on me and I we had normal vaginal intercourse.  I have not really had any symptoms that match what I know of or could find for STD

The symptoms you describe are not typical for any STD.  Further, the sexual exposure you describe sounds very safe and I do not believe you have anything to worry about.  But if still in doubt, you should see a health care provider and not rely on anybody's online health advice, including mine.  You could visit your local health department STD clinic, for example.  But I would be surprised if they found anything wrong.

The sore you describe is more likely to be folliculitis than herpes.  I went to the docs today for folliculitis as a matter of fact.  I also paniced thinking it was herpes, even after two tests well after the window period which were negative.  If you get them again, go to the docs to ease your mind.  If your anxiety is still getting the best of you, get tested for HSV.  But most likely it wont be a positive result.  Like i said, folliculitis is most likely the cause.
