Strange Bumps

Not exactly sure what they are.. They are about 1milimeter in diameter. Recently I noticed some strange bumps.. ( no unprotected sex).  When I popped one of them, a little white thing came out. Then I've noticed a new bump, slightly larger than the others, doesn't itch, hurts if you poke it though... There's 2 of these..  Any idea of what this could be? Just a little worried. ( not very many bumps.. I only have like 3 of the 1 mm ones, and the 2 ones that are like 1.5mm )  thanks in advance.

No, age doesn't matter so much, but herpes isn't usually found in the crease of the thigh, and that's where a lot of people, men especially, get fungal infections.  I'd also wonder if you have shaved the area - this could be staph.

You really should let your doctor see this to be sure.

Well, I don't know exactly where you mean, but it could be acne, molluscum, staph, etc.  You should see your doctor to find out.

If its the the crease of your thigh, it might be fungal.
