Vaginal odor and discharge

5 years ago I was infected with Chlamydia and BV. I was treated and about 6 months later I slept with the same man who I got the infection from before. I immediately started to notice the same symptoms. Quite some time went by before I went back to the doctor, and when I did the only thing I tested positive for was a yeast infection. I have been to the doctor many times since then and the only things that ever come up have been BV and cervicitis. I take the medications they give me for this but the symptoms (vaginal odor and abnormal discharge) do not go away. Could this be an STD that just isnt showing up during testing?
