do i have herpes

ok hear is the story i thought u had an ingrown hair bc it seems like everytime a girl rides me i seem to get one or two well i picked at it and pulled the hair's out well it was really itchy and i had protected sex with my partner and i told her about it she said she was clean so i didnt think anything of it well i must of scratch it wile i was sleeping and the next day it looked like the ingrown hair spred around the base of the 1st one! well i went to the er and got tested for an std they didnt get back to me at all so i figured it wasnt anything i should worry about! But this is kind of creeping me out b/c its been about 3 days and the scabs on the ingrown hair aint going away~what should i do???
