one unprotected encounter

After my divorce I had a one night stand with a friend whom I've know for over 20 years. Stupid as I am, the event was unprotected. About two weeks later she went to the ER because she was not feeling well following a sexual encounter with her regular partner a few days prior. At that time they told her they had a reasonable suspicion that she may have been infected with chlamydia and they treated her for it. I don't know if they tested her for it, I don't know how a doctor could have a reasonable suspicion about something like that, but since she told me about this I have been paranoid and while I haven't had any symptoms I have been hyper vigilant and hyper sensitive about my nether regions. My question is, how likely am I to have contracted chlamydia from one exposure without protection? I plan on getting to the doctor soon to get tested but I have no insurance and need to have the funds for a full battery of tests before I go in. Please help.

Not really, risk would still be on the low side. Just go get tested if you are worried.

What are the chances of any STD infection from one encounter? Its been 5 weeks since exposure and i am now noticing some redness on my penis head but i dont think its irregular as i still have my foreskin intact and have dealt with redness and itching in the past. Currently i only have redness, no itching. Does my foreskin put me at higher risk for STDs?

Overall a one time encounter would be on the low risk side.
