male urethra swelling/irritation?

Hi I'm a 19 year old male that's had some irratation on the penis since early june. I think it might related to me being on accutane as my penis has been very very dry. Anyway, more specifically, in june/july my urethra/penis tip was very very red from the inside--I saw a dermatologist and he gave me an anti-fungal/anti-infection cream and told me to use it for 2 weeks. I used it for a week and it cleared the redness, so I stopped (I know I shouldn't have, but that's a month ago I can't go back now).

However, now I've been worried about another problem that I believe wasn't there a months and years back. My urethra is no longer dark dark red at the tip of the penis, but my tip looks very dry and a tad more swollen than I think how I remember it. Also, the slit where the urethra opens is lined by a sliver of purple that looks like some new kind of new growth (almost like a piece of the urethra attached to the right tip is kinda sticking out a bit when it appears that it should be internal). I thought the swelling might be masturbation/sexual related so I stayed away for 1-2 weeks. Right after maturbating, the next couple urinations SOMETIMES burn (maybe every other time).

Is this normal, benign change in my penis or should I be worried? Any advice? Going by instinct I feel like this could be best describe by urethral/tip swelling? I saw a urologist and he wasn't much help, but I know for sure this isn't STD related from that visit.

Hi nohard, thanks for the input. Think I can take care of it through just the cranberry juice/cranberry pills? I've been on antibiotics for over 3 years for other reasons, and I really want to avoid taking them for as long as I can :(.

Hi Fifus, First I think your problem is only a UTI, two things will help first is cranberry juice and take 3 times a day for a week, or two, back to the doctor and get some antibiotics, see how you fill,  and if you still have a problem get back to your doctor.
Good Luck

update: I should note that I believe the burning isn't solely related to masturbation, as even after abstaining for a good week or two; on certain days I would still experience a slight tingling or burn while urinating. I feel like my problem may be dryness related? The only time my penis looks "normal" (and not cracked/wrinkled/swollen) is after a wet shower or when I put some vitamin e oil on it.
