Query on sharp pain in penis during wife's orgasm

Query on sharp pain in penis during wife's orgasm: I am a 49 year old Caucasian male in good health with an active sex life. My wife is 17 years younger and two years ago we had our first child. I have searched and searched on the web for something related to this query but cannot find anything relevant so am trying this online approach. Here is the issue. When she is having an orgasm, I can feel her becoming tighter as I thrust. However, on many occasions, there will be a sudden jolt/pain to my penis between the glans and base. It's painful and almost feels like something hot is being forced down my urethra. Usually, there is only one jolt. Recently, there were two in rapid succession. I mention the pregnancy because I have never felt this before. I asked her if she feels anything different and she says no. What could possibly be causing this? The pain in my penis just last for a second. Almost like being shocked. Any thoughts? Many thanks.

Hi Healthy, Could be her orgasms are tightening a ring in her vagina, a spasm, if not that it could be just her muscles doinf the same going into a spasm, If you google dodson and ross, Dr Betty Dodson, she is the queen of orgasms, she may have an answer if you post her, but also have a look through her orgasm pages, you may find an answer there.
