penis scratching

hi all...
plz need advice from u...infact since past week my penis scratches loads and it kind of getting dirty...but it isn't a hygiene prob since am quite ok with hygiene....any1 with an idea or solution

I had the same problem a few weeks ago and i had the same sensation coupled with rashes near my penis head. What i did was i checked from home whether it was any serious penile infection and then stopped masturbating and just applied coconut oil on the rashes and in a week it completely disappeared. and similarly i was thinking i was hygeinic enough but the fact is when it comes to the genitals extra care has to be taken, like washing the tip with water and after ejacluating so that the white discharges dont accumulate.

Itching is gee rally due to allergy.allergy. Anti allergy tablet or antiallergy cream are to be used.

yes infact just started using new underwear...but it isn't every day that I wear that brand underwear...n it is the head of the penis that is itchy...there are also smegma accumulated...n really it isn't a hygiene prob since am ok for hygiene...do you think since its doing quite hot these day and transpiration is the reason or any other idea

Hi have you changed your soap or soap powder , are you wearing new underwear , it could be a number of things ,is it only your penis that is itchy or are other parts , i hope you get back to me but think of any of the above have you changed , take care ,
