Seeing people

Whoever I go I see people that aren't there. Especially when I'm in my room. One male-looking figure who was about 6'5 appears everywhere I go. He doesn't move or speak either. You can't see details on his body, he's like a shadow, but you can see his "eyes". They are like red and white marbles on his face. Two children, one male and one female (most likely twins), sit in my room all day. You can see what they look like, unlike the other, though they are completely grey. They do move, smiling at me and giggling, and grab my bed frame. I can also hear whispers whenever it's nighttime in my room. Soft music makes them go away for a bit, except for the male, and makes me able to sleep.

First off, check out the history of the house and see who has died there. They may be stuck there after death unless someone helps them move on. With the man you are seeing, he does not seem like a friendly spirit and may be the one that is keeping the child spirits their. He does not seen like a good spirit and the reason I say that is by the color of his eyes. With very bad or demonic spirits, their eyes are generally red or yellow. Search for a priest to do a blessing on the house because if that intity gets a chance, it will try to take over you because they draw energy off of the week and try to take over their souls.
