Waking Up with Extreme Panic and Depressive Thoughts

This has been going on for about 2 years now and have been seeing psychs and psychiatrist for over 10 years and with all those records they don't know why this happens but I will wake up every morning and sometimes physically jump out of bed or run around my apartment, sometimes even in instant crying spells and I cannot remember what I was dreaming about. Sometimes my bed will be so covered in sweat that you can see the silo-wet of my body on my sheets.

I agree with KatEyes.  Please get a sleep study done.  I used to wake up at night with panic and anxiety.  I also used to wake up very sweaty.  I had a sleep study done which diagnosed me with sleep apnea.  I was having apnea events at night which I was unaware of.

Has your doctor suggested a sleep study to see if there's something going on when you sleep causing these episodes? For instance, sleep apnea floods the body with stress hormones and sometimes looks like anxiety. Don't know what all is going on with you, just thinking it's a good idea to proof positive rule out sleep disorders.
