Do vivid dreams interrupt sleep enough to cause chronic fatigue?

I can fall asleep at night at the drop of a hat, it isnt until I wake up in the morning where after what feels like hours of vivid dreaming that I am totally exhausted and feel like I have actually been doing everything that ive been dreaming.

This happens every morning and I dont know where to go from here

All my bloods come back negative for any irregularities, should I be going to see a sleep dr?

I am not stressed, depressed or down in anyway, I am just always TIRED!

Please help!

A sleep study might reveal why your sleep is not restorative. Two common culprits are sleep apnea and leg movements. Do you have symptoms of either?
