That's a bit of a relapse and really isn't too much to be concerned with.  It's not like you picked up and smoked a pack, and better than that.... it made you sick.  There's all of the reinforcement you need.  You know if you fire up again, theres a real good change you're going to puke.  (That'd be all of the reinforcement I'd need)

I know people who i times of stress have fired up again and had a few cigarettes, but the effect on them was much like the first time they smoked.  They more or less had the same symptoms you did and it was enough to make the quit again.

Youre in a good place I believe.  Just know that everything you thought about smoking is true, it is an ugly habit and you've officially moved on from there.

Haven't smoked a real cigarette since New Year's Eve 2010.  I have had nicotine however.  I LOVE the vapor king electronic cigs!  They are almost like the real thing!

It could be worse, you could have been one month short of three years......................

You will feel just as sick if you do it again, it will take you about a month to get back where you were. Since you don't want to do that, just don't pick it up.

There is a new smoking group, kind of there to both help people like me quit, and people like you not start up again. There is a post for it at the top of the forums.
