Relax and take deep breaths in thru your nose so your belly rises and out thru your mouth so your tummy goes down. Shallow breathing is what makes the anxiety or panic worse. You can get thru this!! I suffer from anxiety as well and I am tapering off meds to try a more natural approach to get past my anxiety and panic attacks. Sometimes just talking to someone who understands how you are feeling is helpful :-)
