my scrotum is deep purple and my left testicle is very tender can you help please

Hi there!

This is likely to be due to bruise/ haematoma formation, probably secondary to trauma and is likely to heal itself in a few days. You could try taking some vitamin C tables for healing. If the condition does not resolve in 1-2 weeks, you may consider an evaluation by a primary care physician or a urologist for appropriate management.
