testicular growth

i have a growth on my testicle its unknown if its cancer or not to remove the growth will i also lose that testicle?

Hi there!

Well, Yes. There is no way to know if the growth is cancer other than a biopsy for which the entire testicle would have to be removed. Partial excision runs the risk of spread of cancer and it would only be prudent to sacrifice the testis to be on the safer side.
