graves disease and hypo?

I have graves disease (TSI 60). I am on 2.5mg of tapazole. My thyroid tests are tsh 2.5 t4 10 and t3 3.7  Clearly t3 and 4 are at low end.  My eyes feel dry. My doctor wants.me on the tapazole because of my high TSI. My TSI was 12 until I went hypo a few weeks ago.  Now it is 60.  Do.you think I should be off tapazole? Will my t4 go up if I. Off tapazole?  I don't feel great.

Thyroid related test results and associated reference ranges vary from lab to lab.  So results should always be compared to the ranges from the same lab.  Before further discussion, please post reference ranges for the T4 and T3 results and confirm their measurement units, which I expect are pmol/L.
