Adrenal support
Just curious if anyone is taking an adrenal suPplement. If sO what do you take and does it help? Did you have any side effects? How long did it take to help?
I took Adapt by interplexus..and it really helped.
I just started Adrenal Essence made by Xyogen (sp?). It is vitamin B plus adaptogen herbs. Hope it helps.

You might talk to your doctor about trying an adaptogen, which you can buy OTC in health food stores.
I take 5 mg hydrocortosine with my thyroid. It has made a lot of my symptoms dissapear. Mainly the motion sickness. It does make me very hungry. I do not take a ton of it as it can quickly add weight. I take 5mg with my morning thyroid and 5mg with my afternoon thyroid.
Before use hydrocortisone I used adrenal cortex but feel practically nothing my physician recomended me Adrenal Stress End but never use it.
