All thyroid tests LOW- TSH, Free T3 and Free T4....???

I had Graves at age 13. 6 millicuries RAI I 131 at age 20. Ive been hypo ever since, and have almost always had fluxuating lab results but nothing too bad.  About 4 years ago things started going down hill.  I gained 50 pounds, have those classic hypo symptoms: hair falling out and odd texture, mentally foggy, no memory, no capacity for new learning (what is that about??) and more.
Now, for the past 3 months or so, all my labs are coming back low.  This has never happened before.  I am having trouble with docs (I am doc hopping) only wanting to treat by the TSH and lower my meds (I am on armour right now) and they ignore the fact that my Free's are low too and I have hypo symptoms.   What to do?   Whats going on?   Im getting so frustrated I dont know what to do!
Example:  I was on 120 Armour. My labs were low. Doc raised my armour to 180.    ONE MONTH LATER retest, different doc (long story) TSH low, free's low.  She insists I lower to 90!   WTF?   NO WAY.  She wouldnt even listen to me ask about the free's being low.  She is history but I still have this problem.   BTW, I DID NOT go to 90. I have an appointment with doc #5 in a week.  I am getting tired of meeting new doctors and having them talk down to me like Im an idiot, when all the time I just want someone who knows how to help me.

If your TSH is low as well as your free T labs, this would seem to be a problem with your pituitary not sending a good signal to your thyroid, and therefore your thyroid not producing enough t4 and t3.    I'm afraid that doc hunting is in your future until you find a doc that understands this.  I might recommend typing in "low TSH, low FT4, low FT3" into a search engine and finding a good medical article that addresses your situation (like from Medline or something like that) to take to your next doc appointment.

Just out of idle curiosity, when was the last time you had your antibodies tested?  What were the levels (with ranges)?

Have you ever tried synthroid or levoxyl? I 've never tried armor so I don't know anything about it.  I do know some people regulate better on it. My friend had RAI 20 years ago for Graves and has been on the same dose of synthroid for over 1 years. Just a thought.
