Anyone Take Armour? Low Free T3?

Been reading and researching again.  Any pros/cons on this one??  My Free T3 is borderline low (2.9 range 2.4-4.5) on 125mcg of Levothyroxine.  Free T4 is 1.30 (range (0.75-2.00).  My TSH is now at 1.727, I do have the TPO antibodies.(>1300)  I beginning to believe I DO NOT convert to T3 hormone.  I've read where brain fog is OFTEN much worse when you do not convert and T3 is low.  This would be me.  Just curious if anyone has/is on this medication. Thanks so much!

YIKES, I'm sorry to hear you went hyper. Scary. ;(  I've been on the 125mg for over 90 days.  I'm scheduled to have an ultrasound of the thyroid next Friday.  My TSH came down nicely with the increase of Levothyroxine but now the antibodies are showing and the T3 seems low.  I've been reading where some people just to not convert from T4 to T3.  It's baffling and confusing.  Like everyone else, I just want to feel better.  Thanks SO much for sending a response with your experience.  I really appreciate it.

I took synthroid and levoxyl and could not tolerate either.  I went on armour and went way up over and am now fighting hyper.  They have Cytomel which is T3 only that sometimes they supplement with the synthroid.  It takes about 6 weeks to get full results of any medication, so if it hasn't been that long, I would wait until  the next blood test results to see what the T3 is then.
