Hubby's biopsy favors nodular goiter

I know there are many specifics that need to given regarding hubby's suspected diagnosis of grandular goiter (what biopsy indicated) and he will be having a thyroid scan done Thursday but can anybody share with me what this is specfically and what treatments are usually indicated.  I must say he has lost a considerable amount of weight over the last year and it has not been intentional.

Thanks,
Trinity

I found your question on page two, and "bumped" it back to the top of page one so others can see it and offer you their thoughts, because I don't have an answer for you.

There, I just did it again. :-)
