symptoms reoccurring

I have been taking Synthroid for a year and a half now, since I was diagnosed. I felt great up until a month ago. I have now gained weight, I am losing hair, have muscle aches and my thyroid has become enlarged again. Not familiar with syptoms coming back. Not sure if there are additional questions I should be asking. My labs have always been within normal range. Any ideas?

I agree with utahmomma.
What are the results of your last labs? And do get them repeated at regular intervals.
Some doctors will keep the TSH in the normal reference range, but that is usually not low enough. Many endos recommend below a 2. preferably closer to 1, and at a level you feel well at.
My endo said anytime you begin to feel unwell, to have labs drawn to check where you are.

First of all why are you on Synthroid?  Sometimes, even with a regulated dose of Synthroid, the thyroid will continue to lose function - resulting in an increase in TSH and the need for a higher dose of Synthroid.  When did you have your labs run last?  If it's been longer than a few months I'd suggest you call your endo's office and request that they send you a lab slip.
