Can someone help me with my labs?

FT4         1.22 NG/DL (0.73-1.95)
TSH 1.2 UIU/ML (0.5-4.7)
FT3          3.2 PG/ML (2.3-4.2)

These are my newest labs after FINALLY convincing my dr to put me on meds. I feel soo much better its unbelievable! I suppose my real question is can someone help me find what percent in range I am? I am not quite sure how to do that math honestly. I started out with all of my T3 and T4 at or below 25% of range. Just from an eyeball estimate it looks like I may be in a good spot but just wanted to see what you guys think?

Thank you guys!

Fatigue/need for sleep is a common symptom of hypothyroidism.  So I think that you need to ask your doctor for an increase in your med.  25 mcg of T4 med is not very much at all.  I don't know why the doctor would think that 4000 IU of D3 is a max. dose.  I expect you will need more to get your D up to 50 min.  Your B12 is also too low.  It should be in the very upper end of the range.  Low B12 can also cause fatigue type problems.

If your ferritin was high normal without taking iron supplements, I would suggest that you also get a full iron test panel, including ferritin, serum iron, TIBC, and % saturation.  That will give a better picture of your iron status.

Glad to hear you are feeling so much better.

Your Free T4 is at 40.2% of its range ( 1.22 minus .73 divided by the total range, which is 1.95 minus .73).  Your Free T3 is at 42.9% of its range.  There is room to raise your levels, if you still have symptoms.  So please tell us about any symptoms you have, and what med and dosage you are on.

Also have you been tested for Vitamin D, B12 and ferritin?

i'm on 25mcg levo. I am still having some fatigue but really that's it. I'm about 80% of what I would say is "optimal" as far as bodily function. (sorry if that's a bit confusing) maybe I should say 80% "normal"? IDK

Instead of falling asleep at 5 pm-9 waking up to eat and sleeping from 10 pm till 9 am every single day I really only fall asleep maybe once or twice a week now for about an hour or so after work. I haven't noticed my hair falling out anymore and my skin is starting to get better. very few strange dry patches like I used to get. I'm not sure if my eyebrows will grow back but at least they aren't getting worse.

My Vit D was retested again and it went up from 12 last year to 20 3 months ago. Yesterday it was 29, so i still need to work on that but the dr said I am taking the max dose (4000iu/day) so not to do anymore and just wait for it to keep going up. Ferritin was high normal range last test so she didn't want to retest.

B12 was at 320PG/ML (250-1100) 3 months ago but she did not retest.
