Hypothyroid or not

I am a 37 yr old male who ways aprox 150lbs I have been suffering from constant lightheadedness/dizziness with episodes of feeling like I'm going to faint.  Its so bad that I can't even stand up to use the bathroom I have to sit.  I've had episodes of chest pain dirreha and heart palatations.  My heart rate has dropped way low to the point its only 48 at rest and then shoots to 104 when I stand up and I've had trouble with low blood pressure at times.  I don't think its a heart problem cause I've always been very active and athletic.  In Dec 2011 when I started to see the Dr. for this they tested my thyroid it came back at a 4.41 which is high and my free t4 was 1.9, t4 6.0 and t3 86.  They wanted to retest my thyroid and it came back at a 3.32 which they said was normal.  Well after a couple months of no improvement I went back and they retested my thyroid and it came back at a 1.92 but that was taken in the afternoon and the others where taken in the morning after fasting.  I have seen a neurologist they found nothing I've had an mri and a ct on my brain and all was good now they want me to see and ENT.  I do have a menieres disease which does cause episodes of vertigo but I've had this for 4 yrs and it just comes and goes this lightheaded/dizziness stuff is all different its not vertigo.  My question is am I hypothyroid and we just over looked it in the beginning?  I am extremely frustrated cause I can't even get off the couch to work or do things I love like bowling and fishing any help please!!!!

My free t4 was the 1.9 I don't see a free t3 test.

reference ranges are:
TSH .3-4.0 uiu/ml
T4 4.5-12.5 ug/dl
FT4  1.1-4.4
Triiodothyronine (which I believe is T3) 76-181 ng/dl

As far as anyibodies go they have run multiple autoimmune antibodies and RF test that have all come back in normal ranges.  I haven't had my thyroid tested in the past that I know of.  Thanks for your reply

What are the reference ranges for the FT4 and the T3?  Is that a Free T3 or Total?  There's a big difference.

TSH fluctuates, even intraday, so it shouldn't be used as the sole criteria for diagnosing a thyroid condition.

Have you been tested for thyroid antibodies to determine if you have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis?
