Concern

This is my second time posting a question. The following are the results of three (3) test that were taken for thyroid,
and the medication I'm taking for it is Levothyroxine 100mcg.

TSH   50.563
Triiodothyronine, Free, Serum 1.6
T4 test, Free (Direct)   0.75

The reference range for the TSH is 0.350-5.500,  Triiodothyronine, Free, Serum is 2.3-4.2.The reference range on the Free T4 is , 0.61-1.76. I don't see nothing on my Test Results for Free T3, . i don't think they checked for that.
Do you think I should request to have a Free T3 test?

Triiodothyrinine Free is your Free T3 in which you are below normal as well as your tsh is way too high and T4 too low. Your meds need to be increased big time and maybe you need additional T3 or med with both like armour.
Your doctor didn't increase your meds with these results???  Ouch!!  You must be feeling terrible.
Yes what is your background with thyroid.....cancer?  Hashimotos?
How long have you been medicated?  Did you have antibody tests?

Wow - your TSH is amazingly high.  How long have you been on levothyroxine and what was your original diagnosis (cancer, Hashimotos, etc.?)

Your dosage is way too low but if we know what you are being treated for we may be able to give you additional information.
