Do I have sjogrens or something else?

My GP and Reumatologist are shocked by some of my lab results. I really want to be sure I am asking the right questions and getting a good treatment plan in place.

I have suffered from severe fatigue for unknown reasons for years now. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea 3 years ago and even though I wear my cpap every night but the fatigue just gets worse. I went to my GP who has always pushed to lose weight which I do understand but this fatigue and joint pain can be debilitating. She asked about other symptoms and here is the list I gave her:

Insomnia
Anxiety
Extreme Fatigue
Dry mouth,
cracked lips,
tongue stuck to the roof of my mouth in the morning even though I have high humidity on the cpap,
dry itchy burning eyes
Periodic loss of balance,
Feeling faint/lightheaded and near blackout after laughing,
morning knee, ankle and hip stiffness,
Morning wrists lose feeling in the fingertips,
Swelling in my joints
low grade fevers
always "feeling" cold
body aches, back and lower back

So she decided to run a ANA but due to the dry mouth and eyes she also ordered a SS-A and SS-B, hcv, thyroid panel,

ANA was NEG
SS-A was NEG
SS-B was POSITIVE???
C reactive protien and SED rate were all high
HCV was NEG but HEP C antibodies were reactive but only by .06
My iron saturation was a bit low and so was my hemoglobin count but everything else was good.

My reumatologist reran the ANA, SSA, SSB, and HCV which were handled by a lab in the affiliated hospital instead of quest labs. The labs came out exactly the same. The doctors are still confused at this point which has left me the same. My reumatologist has run several other tests relating to reumatic diseases but all NEG. Also she wants me to get the gland biopsy behind the lip. Can anyone else make sense of what is going on with these results?

Hi there and welcome... This is a thyroid forum; have you had any thyroid function tests that you could post for us, so we can see what is going there?  Be sure to include reference ranges with any lab results, since range vary from lab to lab and have to come from your own reports.

Because of the fatigue and low iron saturation, also please let us know what your ferritin and actual iron levels are, along with vitamin B12 and vitamin D levels.  Vitamin B12 and iron deficiencies can cause severe fatigue and other symptoms; vitamin D deficiency can cause many of the symptoms you've listed.

Hypothyroidism can also cause a lot of symptoms, so you might have come to the right place.
