Did anyone have recurrent tonsilitis in the early stages of thyroid problems?

In the years before my multinodular goiter was diagnosed i had 9 doses of tonsilitis and a B12 deficiency which needed a series of injections now my B12 sits at the low range.
My TSH at last test was 0.141 and I have a cold spot in my thyroid which I am having a FNA on next week.
I am also experiencing tinitis and itchy ears and pain from my neck to my ear and occassionally a stiff neck..has anyone else experienced these symptoms?

Studies show recurrent tonsillitis patients have significantly lower vitamin D levels. When I was vitamin D deficient I had bronchitis and was coughing up blood to severe strep throat twice.  Studies mention optimal vitamin D levels are 40 - 60 ng/ml (100 - 150 nmol/L).
