Hey, I've noticed a few posts about constipation and bloated feelings, etc. I've struggled with it for so long that I have always thought it a part of femaleCondoms Female condoms Female sexual dysfunction existence, lol. I do take probiotics to keep yeast under controlControl Control rx, but never so much as researched this bloating thing extensively.
Anyone out there that has anything to share about the subject...please do so at the sound of the beep, lol!!!
Are you hypothyroid? Constipation and bloating are common with hypo T. If your levels aren't stable, it might continue to be a problem. Probiotics don't really do much for me, but I've started taking a digestive enzyme that seems to be helping some. Otherwise you might have to take a stool softener.
Certain foods can make matters worse tool Milk/cheese used to do it for me because I didn't eat enough fiber with it, so make sure you eat a high fiber diet. I eat at least one apple/day too - that helps a lot!! Other types of fiber are good too - veggies, whole grains, beans etc.
The last ones I have a copy of are 06, but my meds have not been changed since then. I get labs every 6 mo, but somehow misslaid the last ones.
I don't like the dr that I went to the last couple times, but I always figured someday I'd find more info then what she was telling me.
T-3 up take...35
total t-4...9.6

Now can anyone tell me anything about levels like this. I know I've been very priveleged to feel as well as I do, but I also realize theres still a lot of things that I take for granted that could actually be changed for the better.
Like very quiet/almost unnoticeable headaches that come along with the inability to talk and process thoughts. A bit different then the foggyness, that just makes your brain feel thick, or feels like your thoughts are in a box outside your brain and you have to 1st pull them inside your brain before they make sense....lol! But this is more pain that kind of wraps the brain. Its almost like you can feel the brain, if you stopa nd pay attention to the pain location. It makes it hard to relate in a crowd, so doing this tutoring job is great. Its slow and precise, etc.
The worm like ones, although they are common. I'm getting ready to do my first cleanse and see what happens. After some of the you tube videos I have watched of these things I don't want them if I got them. Sorry if I grossed you out, but this could be a very probable cause.

feeling like a need to pee all the time... check
But what's worse is incredibly frequent gas. Luckily it is silent. But it still smells and it's embarrassing.
