Llow t3, low t4 and low tsh many hypothyroid symptoms

I've been taking thyroxin for 5 years.  I'm 58.  I love to be physically active but now i have mild leg pain, hip pain and shoulder pain. Sometimess i have elbow, knee or other pain.It only hurts when I work out, or walk for more than an hour. I went to a pain dr who gave me some blood tests.  My free T3 is 2.o, my free T4 is .73 and my tsh is .194.  In addition i have many typical low thyroid symptoms.  Depression, memory and other congnitive problems, low energy, splitting nails, dry skin. My d3 total is 41.6 and my crp high sensitivity is .8 mg/L.  My neurologist says that I don't have early onset alzheimer;s.  I'm also taking anti depressants.

Your FT3 is below range and your FT4 is right on the floor of the range.  It looks like you need a meds increase.

Many people (not everyone) don't feel well until their FT4 is somwhere around mid-range and FT3 is in the upper part of its range.  Since you've been on meds for a while, do you have any lab results from when you felt good?  If so, you can use those as a target for where you have to get your levels to feel good again.

The goal is relief of symptoms.  You have to find the levels that are best for YOU, where you have neither hypo nor hyper symptoms.

Have you had meds adjustments over the years?

I can't find the letter, but they're both starred on the report to indicate theyre below the normal range.

What are the reference ranges on your FT3 and FT4?  These are lab specific and have to come from your own lab report.
