Dear Karel, I am one of the practitioners that releases lab results for MyMedLab. You have some abnormal laboratory results that you should share with your primary care provider. Please be sure to send a copy of these results to your primary care provider for interpretation and discussion.  Thank you again for using MyMedLab. Be well. Gregg Hill, PA-C.  Gregg Hill

Have you been diagnosed with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis?

How long have you been on the levo?

Do you have symptoms of being hypo? If so, which one(s)?  Your FT4 looks good, but FT3 is really low in the range, indicating that you might have a conversion issue.

Your vitamin D is also really low in the range.  Are you supplementing that?

Your vitamin B12 is low range, also.  Some of us find that we feel better if it's kept at the very top of the range.

Have you been diagnosed with a thyroid condition or are these screening tests?  The only thing I see "out of range" is TPOab, which is elevated and indicates that you might have Hashimoto's.

Are you currently on a thyroid replacement medication?  Is so, which one/what dosage?
