You should follow up with another biopsy. My results were "benign follicular clusters", I still had cancer. The fact that the cells are clustering is the only concern I see.
As nodule is benign and not suspicios for neoplasm 9it looks like mix of dried blood and colloid, it should be studied with ultrasound first; if no size and structure changes were noted the biopsy may be postponed.
No malignant cells, nor papillary configuration looks like no cancer was found, BUT I'm not a doc or u/s interpretor. A 2nd FNA is probably procedure b/c of the size I'm guessing.
