Anyone feeling as dull as me today??? Im wrecked tired, have a headache and just feel yucky!!!!!! Will the torture ever end. . . . .

I feel like this everyday.. and yet they say my thyroid levels are completely normal.  Who knows they might be screwed up I have no insurance and the free clinic gets me out of there as soon as they can !

I know you are 100% right there, my counsellor says I need to stop thinking negative and try and see the good side, if there is one!!! I jus have no confidence or anything anymore, all the weight gain and feeling so terrible has got me stuck in a rut :( The ups and downs are a killer,when I finally feel good I get ten times bad then, Its like 1 step forward 2 steps back :(, but well keep fightin on, got this far so may as well continue lol!!!

Jennifer --- go with the flow and try to stay UP -------- I'm slowly learning that being "annoyed" is counter productive and takes precious energy that I could be using for something else.........If there's one thing this nasty disease is teaching me, it's patience - see --- you really CAN teach an old dog new tricks.........lol

Hang in there Jennifer - there are good days and bad ones, but hopefully we will all get to the point where we have more good than bad --------- I'm just hoping for the time when I can feel the same way for 2 days in a row - the constant up and down is what gets me, but I think I'm getting there because SOME of my "down" days aren't quite so bad anymore.  

I keep praying for all of us.............

this was me on Sunday.  I have been working a lot of overtime to cover other people while they are on vacation and I was doing ok, then Sunday and wham!!!! It felt the whole load of bricks landed right on top of me...I was sooooo rediculously tired...I never sleep during the day, but I did.  My husband even called my mom... It's mid day and Hope's asleep.  OMG.... Now we're at Wednesday and it's better, but I'm not back yet...Back to the dr tomorrow...my six week check for changing my meds.  Should be interesting.

Hope you don't mind if I join the "yucky" club - I did pretty fair for most of the day, but about 2:00, I got SO tired and by the time I got home from work at 3:00, I'm feeling like I go run over by a mac truck!!!

Haha, no its raining here, the usual Irish weather!!! Rain rain and more rain!

No doc yet, wil be going back to my GP to get my bloods done soon and will give him an ear full for not sorting it out...
Haven't had bloods done since June!

Just feel bad today!

Absolutely agree!  I'm in the Sacramento Valley of CA where we have been over 95 for days.  I think the heat is taking a real toll on me!  Any chance that has anything to do with you?
